I think tekken and Soul calibur will have better replay value i've seen the mortal kombat vs dc and it gets boring but thats just me

what is the best fighting game to get. mortal kombat vs DC universe, this game, or tekken 6 (when it comes out). i dont mind that this is weapon based BTW, but i like the fact that mortal kombat has super heros. or will tekken 6 blow both out the water?
