ID software tribute
This is just a movie I made using up left over clips from making the Doom3 and Quake 4 vids. I threw in some clips from Doom 1 and 2 and Return to Castle Wolfenstein to make it a tribute to ID. The song "shoke me all night long" really matches everything cus these games really did shake me all night long. I would stay up all night playing these.

As You can see, VALVE made something which is almost the same as Doom was, with one difference: you shoot to aliens and soldiers, not beasts and zombies. I respect their work. Of course, Doom was a revolution and today we will not have any other revolution in FPP world, but still we can play in great games, which all have start in brains of people from ID SOFTWARE. I hope that Wolfenstein and Rage will be as great as other ID games are:)

I love ID for Doom I, II, Doom 3, Heretic, Hexen and Quake II:D. In my opinion they make a really awesome games. Look at VALVE. Half Life 1 was nothing more but Doom 1 with aliens, not hell beasts. You have a base. Inside of this base are some guys who make some experiment. Due to this fact, some portal opens, which aliens break through, bla bla bla:D. The same thing is with HL2. In Doom 2 You had action placed mostly in open territory. The same thing with HL2.

No. Id are the gods of FPS. They created Doom the standard for all future FPS games, and Wolfenstein 3D the basic structure of FPS. Id is the ultimate game company, by FPS anyway.

Yes but its still a Raven game isnt it? Atleast there logo is printed mostly on the box but i knew they used Doom 3's engine. Its another one of those cooperations,
