I'm pretty sure there was much more to it than that. They don't ban on a whim. However if you where doing something stupid (or hacking) and were told repeatedly to stop and you didnt... Well thats how most people get banned.

Nice video. Pursuit last night ended in shooting the apperantly drugged suspect to death. Had 6 units as most after him. Lasted around 10 minutes before he had no fuel left. Started to shoot at us with a gun. We had to respond with fire. No officer was hurt tough. SinCity forever! /Tom_Hornstein LSPD
