all right this is a mix of breakdancing(they learn flips etc), tae kon do (they learn spinning kicks and splits) as well as gymnastics , im not saying is regional capoira although they do a lot flips too because i didnt c any of them do a dancing stance lol.

This is a freestyle variety. More show than actual fighting skills. Kinda like Shaolin Kung Fu combined with Breakdancing and Athletics, or something along the lines
